Houses constructed in North Ridge must meet our deed restrictions & requirements. The protection of wildlife and lake water are a main concern of North Ridge. Deer, turkey, and other wildlife are abundant, therefore we are not allowing any lot enclosure fencing. This will allow the free enjoyment of wildlife and all lot owners are required to file a TCEQ non-erosion protection plan before construction begins. All lots are subject to the restrictions set forth in the memorandum of agreement by the City of Lubbock.
